Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days depending on the location. We offer both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options.

Shipping charges may apply based on order value and location, and free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions.

Please ensure that accurate address details, including house number, landmark, and phone number, are provided at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect details.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for selected locations. We may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch, and orders that are not confirmed may be canceled. Repeated non-acceptance of COD orders may lead to restriction of COD service.


Damaged / Wrong / Missing Product

If you receive a damaged product, wrong item, or missing item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims. The video must be continuous without any cuts, clearly show the package label, and display the condition of the product. Without proper proof, claims may not be accepted.

If the claim is approved, a replacement will be sent free of cost.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

For non-customized products, return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.


Return Process

Customers are required to self-ship the product to our address. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. The product must be securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after product inspection. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
