We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, suspicious, or contain incorrect information. All purchases are subject to our Return & Shipping Policy available on our website.

SECTION 4 – CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected orders and locations. By placing a COD order, you agree to provide accurate name, address, and contact details and be available to receive the order at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel COD orders that are suspicious or unverifiable, contact you via call or message to confirm your order, and disable COD for certain users, products, or locations. Failure to accept a COD order may result in restrictions on future orders.

SECTION 5 – PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in INR (₹). Prices may change without notice. Payment must be completed before order confirmation, except in the case of COD. Additional charges such as shipping or taxes may apply.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the delivery partner.

SECTION 7 – CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Customized or personalized products, such as photo prints or custom chocolates, are non-returnable and non-refundable. Orders once confirmed cannot be modified or canceled. Customers are responsible for providing correct customization details, and in some cases, customized products may require prepaid payment only.

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of Heartzi and may not be used without permission.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
